Our installation service covers all toilet types: close-coupled (traditional cistern on top), back-to-wall (concealed cistern in unit), wall-hung (floor-clearance models with concealed frame), and low-level suites. For wall-hung toilets, we can install the concealed cistern frame and carrier system into stud walls or directly onto solid walls, ensuring a secure and perfectly level fit.
We handle all aspects of the installation including the soil pipe connection, water supply, cistern filling valve, flush valve or siphon, seat fitting, and silicone sealing to the floor. All connections are made to current Water Regulations standards, preventing cross-contamination and ensuring a compliant installation. We also check and adjust flush volumes for water efficiency in accordance with current guidelines.
Once installed, we test the flush mechanism thoroughly, check all connections for leaks under pressure, and leave the bathroom clean and tidy. We remove and dispose of your old toilet as part of the service, so you don't need to arrange collection separately.
